The Lumberjacks Organization was established in 2020 by a diverse group of guys who had one vision in mind – to create a beer league team that was different than all the others they have played on over the years.
The goal was simple. Create a drama free team that could compete season after season while having a blast on and off the ice. Mission Accomplished. Our roster is a mix of life long players and those that are relatively new to the game. We all share a passion for competitive hockey and push each other to become better with each game. Drawing from our past experiences playing on other teams, we recognized the missing puzzle pieces – strong chemistry, effective leadership, commitment, and a desire to win. These insights shaped the values of our program.
It's no surprise to us that there is a waiting list for players that want to join the team. Whether hitting the ice at Hatfield for regular season games, or skating at Wells Fargo Center, Spring Mountain, or the numerous other fun exhibitions matches we set up – our fans and family all show up in support. We have become much more than just a Beer League Team. We have become a recognizable program in the Hockey Community.
